Hello! My name is Avery Simmons, and I’m a cottage baker servicing Deming, and Bellingham Washington. I discovered my love of sourdough bread after I started baking for my family in 2021, and built a farm stand at my home in 2025. I’m thrilled to share my passion, and I’m excited to bring small-scale, handmade bread to the Bellingham community!
