These chewy cookies pack a punch no other cookie has to offer. With a nutty, brown butter with rich caramel undertones, these cookies are a true show stopper. Each batch is hand mixed with homemade brown butter, then cooled, shaped, and cooked in my own cottage kitchen. Since I started making these, I can never look at a regular chocolate chip cookie the same again.
