Misty Mountain Bakes is a small, woman owned business located in the Mt. Baker foothills, and delivering bread for pickup in Bellingham Washington. 

Avery Simmons, and as the owner of Misty Mountain Bakes, is am thrilled to share her passion for sourdough with the Bellingham community.

Avery is a student at Western Washington University, and having her own business is a dream. She has been baking sourdough bread for 4 years, and in that time her interest in naturally leavened bread and wild yeasts has only grown. 

As a licensed cottage baker, Avery bakes all of her bread in small batches at home in her residential kitchen, and every product is made by hand.
