This sheet pan focaccia bread is the perfect light and fluffy bread. Choose herby or sweet, this focaccia will serve any purpose! Since this is a discard loaf, it is leavened with yeast, but tangy sourdough starter is still the star of the show for the perfect crumb, texture, and taste! My favorite uses for this bread include toast, sandwiches, panini’s, dipped in soup, or if you choose cinnamon roll, dessert!
